These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77tbaji online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at 77tbaji.net (the "Platform"). 77tbaji operates as an entertainment platform offering online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related services to adult players located in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on 77tbaji, or by continuing to access the Platform following any update to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read this document in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein. This agreement is effective from the date your account registration is confirmed.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

77tbaji reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform immediately.

To register and use the 77tbaji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 77tbaji is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity offered on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform for commercial gain, on behalf of a third party, or in any professional capacity that exploits Platform systems is strictly prohibited.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on 77tbaji or any related platform, and you have not been permanently barred from the Platform for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person when registering or placing bets on the Platform.

77tbaji takes its age verification obligations seriously. During or after the account registration process, we may request documentary proof of age and identity from any player. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo identification confirming the player's full name and date of birth.

If a player is found to be under the age of 18 at any point, their account will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, all bets placed will be declared void, and any deposits made will be refunded to the original payment source where technically possible. 77tbaji will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of underage access where such access was made possible through misrepresentation by the player.

To access the full range of services offered on the 77tbaji Platform, you must create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and preferred payment method. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate.

One account per player. Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one 77tbaji account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 77tbaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending a full investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. 77tbaji strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 77tbaji support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

77tbaji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain reasonable credential security. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a suspected security breach.

KYC Verification. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal from your 77tbaji account is processed. The KYC process involves submission of proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in suspension of the withdrawal and, where fraud is suspected, closure of the account.

All financial transactions on the 77tbaji Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77tbaji does not impose currency conversion charges on players who transact in BDT using supported local payment methods. The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

Minimum deposit: ৳200. The minimum deposit threshold applies to all payment methods. Deposits below this amount will not be credited to your 77tbaji account balance and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

Deposit processing times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 77tbaji account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to reflect, depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawal processing times: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification and satisfactory completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. 77tbaji does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, as delays may occasionally occur due to payment processor maintenance windows or additional verification requirements.

Withdrawal to registered methods only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered to the same account holder and has been previously used to make a deposit. 77tbaji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and may vary over time. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your 77tbaji account. VIP players may be subject to elevated limits by arrangement with their account manager.

77tbaji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where the transaction is flagged for compliance review. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

77tbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The availability, value, and terms of individual promotions are subject to change at 77tbaji's sole discretion.

Wagering requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses) applicable to each promotion are set out in the specific offer terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Players must read and accept the specific bonus terms before claiming any offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on the 77tbaji Platform unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and balances.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are kept separate from real money balance until wagering requirements have been fully completed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution percentages.
• 77tbaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to declare any bonus void where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or misuse of the promotion.

Where abuse is detected, 77tbaji reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and conduct a full review before any funds are released.

77tbaji is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77tbaji Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live table games or sports betting to exploit information asymmetry or unfairly influence outcomes.

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. 77tbaji is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting any glitch, bug, pricing error, or system fault in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been genuinely deposited and used on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction: Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical methods to mask your geographic location and circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.

77tbaji employs advanced fraud detection systems and collaborates with its payment partners and game studios to monitor for prohibited conduct in real time. Where a player is suspected of any of the above activities, 77tbaji may freeze the account and withhold funds pending investigation. The outcome of the investigation will be communicated to the player by email within a reasonable timeframe.

Closure by the player. Any 77tbaji account holder may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt of a closure request, 77tbaji will process the closure within two business days. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or compliance reviews are pending.

Voluntary self-exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are activated immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be prevented from logging in, depositing, or placing bets on the Platform. Suspension or closure by 77tbaji. 77tbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited tools as described in Section 6.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account policies.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a relevant authority directing 77tbaji to suspend or close the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Where an account is permanently closed by 77tbaji due to a breach of Terms, any real money balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements will not be returned in the event of account closure for breach of Terms.

Dormant accounts. An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet). 77tbaji will notify the account holder by email prior to the application of any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts with a positive real money balance will be subject to a monthly administration fee as notified by email, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in.

The 77tbaji Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77tbaji takes all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted and error-free access to the Platform, we do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from technical errors, or that it will be compatible with all devices and browsers. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary interruptions to service.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77tbaji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, connection errors, or server downtime during active gameplay or bet placement.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional details.
• Losses arising from changes to applicable law or regulation that affect the legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

No financial advice. Nothing on the 77tbaji Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or any recommendation to engage in gambling as a means of generating income. Gambling is a form of entertainment and all players should approach it with the understanding that losses are a normal and expected part of the experience. 77tbaji's games are operated with mathematically determined house edges that, over time, result in the Platform retaining a portion of all wagers placed.

Third-party game content. The games available on 77tbaji are supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. 77tbaji is not responsible for any technical errors, interruptions, or malfunctions that originate from within a third-party game engine. In the event of a game malfunction that results in an incorrect payout, 77tbaji reserves the right to void affected bets and revert to the last known correct game state.

Governing language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the authoritative language of this document. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English text shall prevail.
